Community Grant Application Instructions
In addition to funding ovarian cancer research, the Kaleidoscope of Hope Ovarian Cancer Foundation (KOH) provides grant funding for individuals and their families directly impacted by an ovarian cancer diagnosis and treatment. These grants are awarded in increments of
$500, with a maximum total grant of $5,000.
The Kaleidoscope of Hope Community Grant Program is designed to offer meaningful support to ovarian cancer patients and their families when they need it the most. The purpose of this grant is to alleviate the financial burdens associated with ovarian cancer treatment by offering assistance for both medical and non-medical expenses. This care package grant helps you take care of essential needs while you or a loved one undergoes treatment.
The maximum grant amount is determined at the discretion of the KOH Board of Directors on a case-by-case basis.
Application Guidelines
- Community Donations are funded throughout the calendar
- Applicants may apply once per calendar year.

Selection Process
- The KOH executive committee will review each submitted grant If the application meets the criteria for a community grant, the KOH Board of Directors will vote to make a decision.
- Applicants will be notified within 90 days of the application date regarding grant Funding will be disbursed within ten business days after approval.
